Each year we will hold an outcome meeting with you and those who are important in your life. We will identify a baseline and set objectives surrounding the four outcomes below and establish what these mean in your life. We will then evidence how we achieve these outcomes daily through Brightwheel, in a four monthly report and at your annual review meeting.
