Due to our success we are continually increasing our numbers of service users and we are now seeking to expand our workforce with a Key Worker post. We may consider 1+ posts. We are looking for full time staff members but may consider part time positions.

We are seeking suitable candidates who have a caring, warm nature, are outgoing, and non-judgmental with an ability to work as part of a team. Although not essential, we are looking for candidates who have experience as a carer, preferably having worked alongside young people who are described as having complex needs. More importantly we are looking for individuals who mirror the values of Rushton Futures and who hold the competencies needed to provide outstanding support to our service users. Ideally you should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Health and Social Care, but if not, willing to work toward this. All relevant training will be given.
